There's no such thing as a "run of the mill" USA Fender anymore and P basses are especially hot right now. I've been playing a P since 1973 so I wonder why it took so long for them to catch on. This one is finished in black with maple neck and rosewood fretboard. It's also pretty clean and light, weighing in at just a hair over 9 lbs. A great player & comes in an SKB hardshell case.
